Audio Technica ATR2100x

The Audio Technica ATR2100x is an excellent microphone for traveling or for those on a tight budget. The ATR2100x has a USB connection that works well with PC or Mac and it also has an XLR connection that can be used to connect the mic to an audio mixer.  It comes with the mic, USB cable, XLR cable, and small (although impractical) stand.  This is a dynamic style microphone.

Zoom ZDM-1

The Zoom ZDM-1 is a large-diaphragm dynamic mic.  The ZDM-1 captures your voice with smooth broadcast character.  The ZDM-1 also comes packed with a foam windscreen, mic cable, and small (although impractical) stand.  The Zoom ZDM-1 has an XLR connection and must be used with a mixer, USB interface, or audio recorder that has an XLR input connection.

On Stage DS7200B

The On Stage DS7200B is an excellent microphone stand for those who travel or are on a tight budget.  The  mic stand has an adjustable height of 9.5″ to 15.5″, and has a very stable base.  We use this mic stand when we travel.

RODE PSA1

The RODE PSA1 is a great boom style mic stand.  This style of mic stand allows you to place the mic in virtually any desired position or angle, while occupying very little desk space.  We use a very similar style of mic boom that is no longer produced.  The RODE PSA1 is the closest we’ve been able to find like the ones we use.

Logitech C920

The Logitech C920 provides full 1080p video recording and calling. It is designed to easily clip on to any computer monitor or tripod with its built-in tripod mount. Features a high-quality Carl Zeiss lens with 20-step autofocus and built-in dual stereo microphones with automatic noise reduction. Works with PC or Mac. This is the webcam we use for our streaming and most of our YouTube videos.
